Excellent experience & Affordable Prices
I rented a 5by5 unit for 10 months. The costs are 29$ admin fee, first month 1$ then 39$ for the first 9 months (price guarantee). The rent went to 54$ on the 10th month, and I think it was a reasonable market rate. The site is convenient; pathways and units are clean. Kristi was helpful and quick in replying.
They do require insurance and my renter's insurance covered it. They prorated my last month's rent and refunded me, which I wasn't expecting and find it very pleasant.“

To reach us from there, take Stevens Creek Blvd west for two miles. Turn right on Mary Avenue, and after 0.7 miles, take a left at Meteor Drive. After 165 feet, turn left.
Cupertino is a city of 60,400 residents in the San Francisco Bay Area, so you can bet there’s plenty to do. You do need a lock to secure your storage space. You'll want to bring your own lock upon your move-in date. We recommend a disc lock for maximum security.
