I had a great experience with Bay Area Storage in the Belmont/San Carlos location. From my first phone call, Jose, who I believe is the area manager, was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful in answering all of my questions. He took the time to explain my options and made the process easy and stress-free. When I visited the facility, Zyra, the onsite manager, was equally welcoming and helpful. She provided excellent customer service, was attentive to my needs, and made sure I had all the information I needed. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and felt secure. It's clear that both Jose and Zyra care about their customers and take pride in providing a positive experience. Zyra manages matters with a smile, and this warmth spans all steps in the process of a securing a unit from a phone call follow up to an in person meeting for viewing the prospective rental spot to signing up for the rental and to the completion of the rental experience. Zyra focuses on how each moment comes with a kind consideration of what's best for the customera. The drive-up units work as well as some of interior units down a short hallway. Another sense with a BASM renting is how integrated the customer service team is with Bay Area Self Storage experience as phone call follow ups occur in a timely manner. Note there are two properties across from another with BASM Storage --one is in Belmont and the other across the street is in San Carlos. The 100 Industrial address is where the office is situated.
